1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a booking, or browsing our platform, you confirm you’re at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Your Booking Bridge Ltd.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate, current information (e.g., name, email, phone).
• Safeguard your password and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
• Not impersonate others or use bots/scrapers.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

3. Booking Process

• Reservations: You search, select, and pay for Transportation through our platform.
• Pricing: All rates displayed include taxes and fees unless noted otherwise. Currency conversion is indicative; final charges may vary slightly.
• Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (e.g., PayPal). You authorize us to charge the total amount upon confirmation.
• Confirmation: Your booking is finalized only when you receive a confirmation email with voucher details.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

• Transportation Policies: Cancellation/modification rules are set by each Transportation and displayed during checkout.
• Our Fees: We charge no booking fees, but Transportation may impose penalties for changes/cancellations.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

• Verify all booking details (dates, guest names, room type) before payment.
• Ensure guests comply with Transportation rules (e.g., noise, smoking policies).
• Not resell bookings commercially without written permission.
• Use our platform lawfully (no fraud, spam, or disruptive behavior).

6. Intellectual Property

Our website content (logos, text, design) is owned by Your Booking Bridge Ltd. and protected under copyright laws.

You may access and print content for personal use only. Commercial reuse (e.g., scraping Transportation data) requires prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

• Transportation Services: We act as a booking intermediary. Transportation are solely responsible for their facilities, safety, and service quality.
• Platform Availability: We strive for 24/7 access but can’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service (e.g., during maintenance or outages).
• Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims related to your use of our platform is limited to the total booking value.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not court) using the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class actions are waived.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically (e.g., for legal or operational changes). Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be emailed or posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
